Choose what runs

We ask separately for Google Analytics and visitor identification. Both are off until you accept. Reject optional turns both off; Save choices applies only the categories you select. Closing or ignoring the panel does not give consent.

You can withdraw consent here or from any page footer. Turning tracking off reloads this page, blocks the relevant scripts, and removes their accessible first-party cookies and known identifiers from this site. It does not delete data already received by a provider or cookies belonging to other websites. Contact us about previously collected data.

Remembering your choice

We save your category choices and their expiry in your browser's local storage under urm_cookie_consent for 180 days. This necessary preference storage is not used to identify you for marketing. After it expires, or if you clear site data, we ask again. Your choices apply to this browser and this website address.

Google Analytics

If you accept Analytics, Google receives information about visits, pages viewed, interactions, browser and device details, and referral sources so we can understand and improve this website. The tag uses identifiers to distinguish visits and sessions.

Cookies _ga and _ga_DTNBHPBW30 identify a browser and maintain session information. We configure these cookies to expire after 180 days, without extending that period on each visit; browsers may apply shorter limits. We disable Google signals and advertising personalisation in this tag.

Without Analytics consent, we do not load the Google tag or send analytics measurements, including measurements without cookies.

Visitor identification

If you accept Visitor identification, we load Instantly's visitor tag through Leadsy, using RB2B technology. It can process pages visited, visit times, referring URLs, IP address and device information, then match these with other data sources to identify businesses and eligible visitors for marketing outreach. Matched profiles may include business contact details, employer and role. Instantly describes individual visitor identification as available for US traffic.

This is separate from Analytics and from an information-pack request. You do not need to accept visitor identification to use either of those services.

RB2B documents the following first-party cookies; which appear depends on the provider and visit:

• _reb2bgeo: location matching, 20 days.
• _reb2bloaded: duplicate-load prevention, 1 second.
• _reb2bref: referral attribution, 15 days.
• _reb2sessionID: session identifier, 30 minutes.
• _reb2buid: visitor identifier, 360 days.
• _reb2bfxf, _reb2btd and _reb2bli: identity matching and linkage, 1 month.
• _reb2bresolve: temporary matching information, 2 days.
• _reb2butk: returning-visitor identifier, 1 year.

These are the provider's stated lifetimes, rather than a promise that every cookie is set. Our consent choice expires sooner, after 180 days, and tracking stops unless you choose to accept again.

Information-pack requests

When you request our information pack, we send your email address to Instantly through our server to record and fulfil the request. This form does not set a tracking cookie and does not add you to an automated marketing campaign. It works even when you reject optional cookies.

The request record includes the source, request time and requested pack, with marketing consent recorded as false. The download link expires after 15 minutes.

Questions and your information

Union River Management operates this website. Contact [email protected] to ask about data we hold, request access, correction or deletion, or object to marketing. Cookie consent can be withdrawn without affecting access to the site.

Google, Instantly and their providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy notices explain their processing and transfer arrangements. Browser settings can also delete stored data or block cookies. For concerns about UK data protection, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
